Look for us at the Daffodil Fest ~ May 4

Candor Free Library and the Friends of the Library will have a table at the Daffodil Festival on Saturday, May 4. The festival is held at the Candor Ball Field, Rt. 96 from 10 am - 5 pm.

There will be things to do, information about summer programs, and a small book sale! So drop by and say hi.

April Arts ~ Painting!

This month there will be two opportunities to splash paint on a canvas - or paper.

On Saturday, April 13 join Sandy for an afternoon of painting pandas. Paint with Sandy starts at 1:30 pm and space is limited, so please call to register by April 12. The class is open to people aged 9 to 90, and is free. To resister or for more information, call the library at 659-7258.

On Sunday, April 28 try your hand at watercolors. ArtSplash! with Johanna goes 1-3 pm and this month's focus is on still life. This class is open to people 8 to 108 - but  children younger than 12 need to be accompanied by an adult. Space is limited so reserve your spot by calling 659-7375. $$ fee is by donation to cover the cost of materials.
