Things to see on your Next Trip to the Library

Next time you're down at the library, take a few moments to check out the arrowheads and stone mortars and pestles in the glass display case. The final week of summer reading (which ended Saturday) was "arrowhead week" and kids could take home an arrowhead necklace kit. While the arrowheads in the kits are plastic, those on display are real.

For the youngest book lovers - we have a brand new brightly painted book case for board books. Not only are there shelves, but there's also a drawer at the bottom that's filled with puzzles. Look for the board books by the orange kid's table.

Art Splash! happens on the third Sunday of the month. This is a fun, open art class that helps you remember what you loved about art class in elementary school.
