Take a break from the hectic holiday preparations and
rediscover your artistic soul. This month Candor Free Library is hosting two
art adventures for people of all ages.
On Saturday, December 16 the library hosts “Painting With
Sandy” from 1:30 – 4 p.m. The workshop is geared for kids 9 and older and
adults are welcome. This month’s theme will be painting a snow man, so come to
the library, pick up a paintbrush, and splash color on canvas. Register in

On Sunday, December 17 the library hosts Art Splash! from
1-3 p.m. This month's focus is collage, so be ready to tear, cut, and glue to create cool artwork. The workshop is open to all ages from 8 to 108, though children under
12 will need to be accompanied by an adult. All you need to bring is $5 to

Splash! happens on the third Sunday of every month.
